Inspection Comments |
KCHD RECEIVED A COMPLAINT OF MICE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT. THERE HAVE BEEN NO PEST FINDINGS ON RECENT FOOD INSPECTIONS. THE BUSINESS WORKS WITH A LOCAL PEST CONTROL COMPANY THAT DOES REGULAR INSPECTIONS AND SERVICE. TODAY'S STAFF REPORT NO RECENT PEST ISSUES.
IN LOOKING ALONG WALLS, UNDER AND BEHIND EQUIPMENT, I OBSERVED WHAT APPEARED TO BE MOUSE DROPPINGS ONLY BEHIND ONE BAR COOLER AND NO WHERE ELSE. IT APPEARED THAT THIS AREA HAS NOT BEEN SWEPT FOR SOME TIME, SO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DETERMINE HOW OLD THESE DROPPINGS ARE. I DID NOT OBSERVE ANY RODENT TRAPS IN USE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF RECENT PEST ACTIVITY. CONTINUE TO WORK WITH YOUR PEST SERVICE PROVIDER. ALSO, CONTINUE YOUR REGULAR CLEANING SCHEDULE, AND ADD IN AREAS BEHIND LARGE EQUIPMENT. REMOVE LEAVES AND OTHER PLANT MATERIAL FROM THE EXTERIOR BUILDING WALLS TO PREVENT HARBORAGE. |
